Shipping Area  
We currently deliver to all regions within Lebanon.

Delivery Information Required  
When placing an order, the customer agrees to provide accurate delivery information, including:
- Full name  
- Delivery address  
- Phone number  

This information is required so we can process and deliver your order correctly.

Delivery Time  
Orders are typically delivered within 48 to 92 hours from the time the order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Fee  
A $4.5 delivery fee applies to all orders across all regions in Lebanon.

Delivery Communication  
By placing an order, you agree that our delivery partner Top Speed Delivery (and their delivery staff) may contact you using the phone number you provided. They may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to:
- Confirm your location  
- Request a live location  
- Ask for directions or location description  
- Coordinate the delivery time  

Customers are responsible for responding to delivery calls or messages to ensure successful delivery.

Failed Delivery  
If the customer does not respond to the delivery company or provides incorrect address information, the delivery may be delayed or cancelled, and additional delivery fees may apply for rescheduling delivery.

سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

شكراً لتسوقكم معنا. يرجى قراءة سياسة الشحن والتوصيل قبل إتمام الطلب.

مناطق التوصيل  
نقوم بالتوصيل إلى جميع المناطق داخل لبنان.

معلومات التوصيل المطلوبة  
عند طلب أي منتج، يوافق العميل على تزويدنا بالمعلومات التالية بشكل صحيح:
- الاسم الكامل  
- عنوان التوصيل  
- رقم الهاتف  

هذه المعلومات ضرورية لمعالجة الطلب وتسليمه بشكل صحيح.

مدة التوصيل  
يتم توصيل الطلبات عادة خلال 48 إلى 92 ساعة من تأكيد الطلب. مدة التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب المنطقة أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا.

رسوم التوصيل  
تبلغ رسوم التوصيل 4.5$ إلى جميع المناطق داخل لبنان.

التواصل أثناء التوصيل  
عند إتمام الطلب، يوافق العميل على أن تقوم شركة التوصيل Top Speed Delivery أو أحد المندوبين بالتواصل معه عبر رقم الهاتف الذي تم إدخاله، وذلك من خلال الاتصال أو عبر واتساب من أجل:
- تأكيد الموقع  
- طلب إرسال الموقع المباشر (Live Location)  
- طلب وصف الموقع  
- تنسيق موعد التسليم  

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية الرد على اتصالات أو رسائل شركة التوصيل لضمان استلام الطلب.

فشل عملية التوصيل  
في حال لم يتمكن مندوب التوصيل من التواصل مع العميل أو كان العنوان غير صحيح، قد يتم تأجيل أو إلغاء التوصيل، وقد يتم فرض رسوم توصيل إضافية لإعادة التوصيل.

بإتمام الطلب، يوافق العميل على سياسة الشحن والتوصيل هذه.
